Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking a detail-focused Structural Solar Engineer to design and support the mechanical structure of Exoben’s solar systems, including mounting systems for rooftop and ground-mounted installations.

You will ensure systems are strong and durable against wind and environmental loads, collaborate with PV design and installation teams, and help drive safety and long-term performance. This role requires solid engineering fundamentals and a practical, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field; Master’s degree advantageous; PhD preferred.
• Experience in structural design or solar system mounting.
• Knowledge of load calculations and environmental factors.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety.
• Practical, solution-focused mindset with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design mounting systems and structural layouts for solar installations.
• Ensure systems withstand wind, load and environmental conditions.
