Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related field; Master’s preferred, PhD advantageous.
• Experience in microgrids or distributed energy systems.
• Understanding of load management, system stability and integration.
• Analytical and detail-oriented; practical and solution-focused; strong team contributor.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microgrid systems for different applications.
• Integrate solar, storage and load systems into one platform.
• Ensure stable power distribution and system reliability.
• Support grid-connected and off-grid operation.
• Analyze load demand and optimize energy usage.
• Support testing and validation of microgrid systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Identify and resolve system challenges.
