If you bring reliability and a safety-first mindset, we’ll teach you the rest.Your first 90 days: a clear pathWe believe in transparent, contract-defined pay. Here’s how you progress:$17.31/hour on day one$18.71/hour at 30 days$20.11/hour at 60 days$21.51/hour at 90 days (full Laborer rate set by contract)Plus, earn daily overtime—time-and-a-half after 8 hours—and double time on Sundays and holidays. Many teammates average 15–17 OT hours weekly. At the top rate, typical OT plus retirement contributions can total about $76,000–$80,000 a year (first 90 days: ~$62,000–$65,000).
