You will oversee engineering teams and ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience in structural engineering and design in the commercial sector.
• Advanced knowledge of structural systems and building codes.
• Proven track record of leading project teams and mentoring junior engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow of Assistant PMs and engineering staff.
• Act as a resource for drafters and designers, resolving detailed questions.
• Proactively coordinate with architects and MEP designers.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and deadlines for multiple projects.
• Attend project coordination meetings to represent the firm's interests.
• Perform thorough reviews of drawing sets and manage CA tasks.
