Qualifications

Responsibilities
Oversee daily workflow of Assistant PMs and engineering staff.
Act as a resource for drafters and designers, resolving detailed questions.
Proactively coordinate with architects and MEP designers.
Manage schedules, budgets, and deadlines for multiple projects.
Attend project coordination meetings to represent the firm's interests.
Perform thorough reviews of drawing sets and manage CA tasks.
