Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in commercial ground up construction projects.
• At least 4 years in a Project Manager role.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of building systems, particularly civil and structural work.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation and setup interfacing with architect and engineer.
• Conduct subcontractor buyout and subcontract execution.
• Work with Superintendent to build Master Construction Schedule.
• Process subcontractor payments and vendor payments.
• Manage change orders and identify project-related conflicts.
• Ensure all necessary permits and insurance are current for the project.
