Salary: $100,000 - $118,000 per year

We have many new projects in the institutional and commercial sectors, both in the U.S. and abroad.

We are looking to hire a Project Manager with a background in structural engineering and a PE license to work on commercial, residential, and civic projects, including healthcare, education, and more.

In this role, you will:

1. Gain understanding of the scope of other design consultants and trades to coordinate effectively.
2. Establish and develop relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors.
3. Network with architects and clients through professional and social opportunities.

Job Details and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency with Revit Structure and drawing preparation.
• PE license required; active pursuit of SE licensure, with continued education costs covered.
• Experience with RAM, ETABS, SAFE; capable of modeling, debugging, and training staff.
• Experience with DSA and/or HCAI (OSHPD) is highly desirable.
• Understanding of project budget, scope, and profitability factors.
• Ability to develop work plans and mentor new graduates and interns.
