Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 3+ years of engineering design experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading technical projects.
• Experience with custom-engineered products, industrial systems, structural steel, or related applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering projects from design through implementation and field support.
• Develop engineering drawings, project documentation, calculations, and technical deliverables.
• Partner with customers, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and priorities across multiple active projects.
• Support installation and commissioning activities by providing technical expertise and problem-solving.
• Drive process improvements, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering organization.
