Structural Project Engineer – Entry Level (Springfield, IL)

We specialize in design, planning, surveying, structural analysis, construction inspection and environmental studies for state DOTS, tollway, municipalities, utility companies and land development projects. We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Structural Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis in our Springfield, IL Office.

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of structure projects to include analysis of structures, structure design, bridge design, structural inspection, and report preparation.
• Utilize current technology and engineering software on projects
• Work effectively as a team member in completion of assignments
• Commit to quality and continuous improvement in your work activities

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis required, MS in Structural Engineering a plus
• Having passed the EIT exam is a plus
• Software knowledge including MS Office, Microstation and structural analysis programs
• Good verbal and written communication skills
