Job summary

Techounds LLC is seeking a structural engineer with 2–5 years of experience in analysis and design. You will work under Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to develop robust structural solutions for various building projects.

Ideal candidates have proficiency with ETABS, SAFE, RAM, and RISA, and a strong grasp of IBC, CBC, ASCE 7, ACI-318, and AISC-341. PE license is preferred for the state of application, with DSA/OSHPD experience a plus.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in structural analysis and design.
Licensed PE preferred for the state of office applying for.
Proficiency with ETABS, SAFE, RAM, and RISA.
Knowledge of IBC, CBC, ASCE 7, ACI-318, and AISC-341.
Knowledge of ASCE-41 and NDS; Grasshopper/Rhino is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design under supervision of Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review drawings and calculations.
Support plan checks and construction-phase activities, including seismic upgrades where applicable.
