Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required.
• MS in Structural Engineering preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.
• 3–4 years of building design consulting experience required; 7+ years if using an associate degree/BIM path.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design of structural systems.
• Prepare designs, specs, and calculations per code and IMEG standards.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and build relationships.
• Support project execution through planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with multidiscipline teams.
