Job summary

You will work 54 hours weekly, with overtime on Saturdays, and must read production schedules, work with limited supervision, and support continuous improvement in the Structural Prefab dept.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fabrication or modular building experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret work orders.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dusty environment.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and production schedules to plan fabrication.
• Set up and operate laser, shear, press brake, and turret.
• Inspect components with measuring tools for quality.
• Assist with safety and housekeeping in the work area.
