Job summary

Fibrebond, an Eaton company, located in Minden, LA, seeks a Construction Assembler to join our production team. You will assemble wall systems and building components, following drawings and work instructions, with a focus on delivering quality products on time.

You will read blueprints, cut wall panels, install walls and floors, and participate in 5S housekeeping and continuous improvement efforts. This role includes OT on Saturdays and a supportive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to place carpentry and structural components.
• Cut wall paneling and carpentry parts with saws.
• Install walls, ceilings, moldings per specs.
• Load and position wall panels during assembly.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 5S.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors and follow safety rules.
