Menasha Packaging Company, LLC is seeking a packaging design leader to drive structural packaging and display development from concept to production. You will partner with customers, sales, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective packaging solutions that balance performance, manufacturability, and sustainability.

The role emphasizes strong project management, collaboration, and hands-on design using ArtiosCAD and Adobe Illustrator in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural packaging design, display design, drafting, packaging engineering, or project management.
• Experience designing corrugated packaging, retail displays or POP solutions.
• Experience with ArtiosCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and related design software.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging and display development projects from concept through production.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Customer Service.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and proactive issue resolution.
• Provide customers with updates and ensure milestones are met.
• Support testing, design validation, and production qualification as needed.
