Aerotek in Canton, OH seeks a skilled MIG welder to join a versatile manufacturing team. You will weld structural steel, aluminum, and stainless pieces, read blueprints, and measure with precision to ensure quality welds across 7–20 gauge materials.

This role supports 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and pays up to $26/hr based on experience and weld test results. This contract-to-hire position offers a clean, safe shop environment, opportunities for advancement, and competitive benefits once eligible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience on aluminum, stainless, and/or structural steel.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints.
• Ability to read tape measures accurately, down to 16ths.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel, aluminum, and stainless materials (7–20 gauge).
• Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately.
• Use hand and power tools to fit and fabricate parts.
