Job description

In this role, you will perform complex structural assembly, fitting, drilling, and riveting operations on aircraft, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include fabricating, installing, and repairing sheet metal and structural components, interpreting blueprints and work orders, inspecting work for conformity, and guiding team members on methods and tooling. You will also complete logs and maintain a clean, safe workspace following 5S and Lean principles.

Qualifications And Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 4 years of related structural assembly experience
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, using precision tools, and performing close-tolerance work
• Experience with composite materials and sheet metal fabrication preferred
• Basic computer skills and shop math proficiency
• Ability to work any shift, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, and teamwork skills
