ETalentNetwork in Crestview, FL seeks a Structural Mechanic to plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble and repair aircraft structures per manuals, drawings, and FAA regulations. Disassemble for modifications and install new parts from kits per engineering drawings.
The role requires reading blueprints, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule. Shift pattern includes standard 0500-1530 Mon-Thu with overtime 0500-1300 Fri-Sat; up to 25% travel may be required.

OT 0500-1300 (8hrs) Fri- Sat
Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations. Disassembles existing aircraft structure for modification install, which could involve modifying removed parts or installing new parts from a kit per engineering drawings. Interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings for the proper tools, fasteners, location and methods of installation to meet required specification.
Lays out, locates, fits, trims, assembles, and installs parts assemblies and skins where dimensions are critical, and fitting is to exacting tolerance.
Drill, countersink and rivet exterior skin panels where skin quality is critical. Works from all types of complex blueprints, E.O.s, and production illustrations.
Completes any or all structural rework/repair, squawks, and E.O.
Must be able to utilize computer-based systems to perform duties.
May be required to work in confined space.
Fabricate detail parts from blueprint or engineering instructions.
Perform aircraft inventory, acceptance, and inspections.
