Thomas Young Group in Atlanta is seeking a Structural Leader to guide structural engineering across building types. You will lead project delivery, ensure technical excellence, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and in-house leads.

The role requires 10+ years of experience with a Georgia PE license (SE preferred), a strong portfolio in commercial/institutional/mixed-use projects, and proficiency with RAM, Revit, ETABS, and SAP2000.

What you'll be doing:

Lead structural engineering efforts across a range of building types

Manage project delivery, ensuring technical excellence, budgets, and timelines

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and in-house discipline leads

Perform structural analysis, design reviews, and QA/QC oversight

Conduct field visits and produce evaluations of existing buildings

Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development

What we're looking for:

10+ years of structural engineering experience, with a focus on buildings

PE license in Georgia required; SE license preferred

Strong portfolio of commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects

Proficiency in design and modeling tools such as RAM, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000

Proven team leadership, communication, and client management skills
