The role emphasizes precision, basic math, and effective communication with crew members, managers, and clients while maintaining a safe, efficient worksite.

Qualifications

• Experience with installing pre-engineered metal buildings and performing connecting work.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work at above-ground elevations and in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Familiarity with basic hand signals and basic rigging knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safe workplace by participating in safety training and identifying hazards.
• Shows up on time and ready to complete work.
• Follows directions from supervisor and clarifies responsibilities.
• Operates a variety of hand and power tools.
• Performs tasks in confined spaces and at heights as required.
