The candidate should be able to work in various weather and lift up to 50 lbs, with strong math and tool-handling skills. Responsibilities include safety training participation, punctuality, following supervision, equipment care, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely perform essential job functions and follow directions.
• Must wear PPE and participate in safety trainings.
• Experience with pre-engineered buildings, pole barns, metal studs is a plus.
• Ability to read basic gear and use hand tools effectively.
