Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Fellows Program Manager to lead the fellowship engagement for Structural Heart. You will shape strategy, build relationships with fellows and program directors, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure high-quality educational experiences.

The role involves designing curricula, hands-on training, and site visits, while monitoring outcomes and driving program impact for next-generation structural heart specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare education, professional relations, physician engagement, medical education, program management, or related fields.
• Experience working with physicians, fellows, academic medical centers, and teaching institutions preferred.
• Strong project management, event planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel to support fellowship programming and educational events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual strategy for Abbott Structural Heart fellowship engagement programs.
• Establish short- and long-term objectives aligned with business priorities and physician education goals.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with fellowship programs, teaching hospitals, and key opinion leaders.
• Serve as the primary internal subject matter expert for fellow-focused educational initiatives.
• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive fellowship programming across Structural Heart therapies.
• Develop innovative educational experiences, including hands-on training, workshops, speaker series, and site visits.
• Create program frameworks and curricula that support fellow learning and professional development.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance program offerings to ensure relevance and impact.
