Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients in outpatient structural heart and valve clinic, including new patient consultations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate imaging, diagnostics, and procedural workups; participate in Heart Team conferences.
• Coordinate inpatient structural heart consultations and peri-procedural care; manage admissions and discharge planning.
• Support multidisciplinary communication among cardiology, surgery, nursing, and case management teams.
