Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking Structural Fitters with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You will read blueprints and schematics, perform fit, cut and tack operations, and prepare welding joints for fabrication.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of structural fitting experience, proficiency with welding processes, and strong math and measurement skills. The role involves working in a non-climate controlled shop, with first and second shift options and daily footwear required.

Structural Fitters

Structural Fitters needed with experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work with a torch and bevel machining

Structural Fitting experience 2-3 years

Fit, cut and tack material

Prepare welding joints

Conventional and measuring instruments

Finish grinding applications using manual/power tools.

Resume required

1st shifts 6am - 6pm and 2nd shifts 4:30pm - 4:30am with differential.

$25-$30 depends on experience.

Work performed in a non-climate controlled shop environment.
