Qualifications

• 3+ years of fabrication experience required.
• Ability to interpret ISO's and P&ID's is essential.

Rotational Schedule: 5/2

Crew Change Location: Houma, LA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Layout, position, align and secure parts for welding and bolt-up.
• Measure, mark, cut, bore, fit and/or install various structural components in accordance with blueprints and job specifications using hand and power tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threaders/benders, etc.
• Participate in JSA's and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes.
• Conduct behavioral based safety observations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 or more years prior fabrication experience.
• Able to interpret ISO's and P&ID's.
• Able to cut with a torch.
• Square-cut and bevel-cut metal using arc cutting equipment.
• Pierce and cut slots in metal using plasma arc cutting equipment.
• Create field sketches.
• Experience using safe work habits.
• Candidates will be required to pass a Hands-on Fitter Test.
