Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Structural Staff Associate in Chantilly, VA to support building science and infrastructure projects with hands-on field work and technical training. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
• 1 - 2 years of related experience required.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certifications may be required or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform field testing and building science services (anchor bolt, GPR, coring, sampling, etc.).
• Support structural assessments, designs, and construction administration under senior staff.
• Assist with project budgets, invoicing, and client communications.
• Prepare and review reports with junior staff and ensure quality of documentation.
