Job summary

ECS Southeast, LLP is seeking a Structural Staff Associate to join our Building Science + Infrastructure team in City. You will support structural engineering and consulting projects, develop field investigation skills, and work with experienced engineers on diverse facilities.

As you grow, you will perform testing, assessments, and construction administration tasks, with opportunities to supervise junior staff and contribute to project budgets, RFIs, and client communication in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn building science and infrastructure testing and consulting services.
• Understand sample collection techniques, testing methods, and codes.
• Under supervision perform field testing (anchor bolt testing, GPR, coring, etc.), structural assessments, designs, and construction administration services.
• Supervise field testing as directed.
• Perform structural assessments under supervision; may supervise junior staff.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
