Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent PE license or working towards license in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Engineering and coordination.
• Preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
• Construction Administration including review of shop drawings and field observation.
• Attend internal and external meetings with clients and design team members.
• Structural engineering & analysis.

Skills

Knowledge of building fundamentals and design codes (IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI)

Proficient with structural programs (RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE, REVIT)

Strong technical skills

Education / Experience

• Proficient with structural programs such as RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE and REVIT (SAP2000 also acceptable)
• Strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communications
• Excellent planning and organizational skills for our fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
• Collaborate well within a larger project team
• Specific experience with wind, seismic, building motion, tall buildings and performance-based design is desirable.

Compensation

Anticipated Salary Range: base salary of $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
