Job summary

McNamara • Salvia, Structural Engineers seeks entry to mid-level structural engineers to contribute to the design of high-profile buildings across the United States and internationally. The role offers exposure to concrete, steel, wood and masonry systems and involvement from concept through construction.

The candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, applying knowledge of IBC/ASCE/AISC/ACI codes, and using RAM, ETABS and REVIT among others.

Qualifications

• Recent PE license or working towards licensure in near future.
• 0 to 3 years experience in structural engineering with emphasis on building structures.

Responsibilities

• Engineering and coordination with project teams.
• Preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, analytical models, reports and correspondence.
• Construction Administration including review of shop drawings, submittals, RFIs and field observations.
• Attend internal and external meetings with clients and design team members.

Education & Experience

Compensation

Anticipated Salary Range: base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
