Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• PE license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, focus on steel structures.
• Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural steel components and systems for construction projects.
• Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
• Perform structural calculations to ensure safety and stability of steel structures.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to meet design and schedule.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and construction schedules.
