What You’ll Do

• Lead structural design and project delivery for multi-million-dollar commercial, educational, and healthcare projects
• Oversee engineering teams, mentor junior staff, and keep everyone marching in the right direction
• Coordinate seamlessly with architects, owners, and contractors like the calm, steady legend you are
• Review and seal calculations, drawings, and technical specs
• Balance schedules, budgets, scopes — basically keep the whole show running clean and professional
• 8+ years in structural engineering with heavy project management experience
• PE required
• Strong portfolio in commercial, K-12/higher-ed, and/or healthcare projects
• Mastery of analysis/design software (RISA, RAM, ETABS, REVIT, etc.)
• Someone who can spot issues before they’re issues — the kind of person contractors actually respect
