GRAEF, a leading U.S. consulting firm in Minneapolis, seeks a Structural Engineer to join a collaborative team in a full-time, hybrid role. You will work on healthcare, education, multi-family, hospitality, and commercial projects, contributing to design, analysis, and renovations.

Qualifications include a Master's in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus, 3+ years of experience, REVIT proficiency, and strong communication skills. EIT is preferred.

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in structural design of buildings.
• EIT preferred.
• Working knowledge of REVIT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design of new and complex buildings across many market types.
• Analysis and renovations of new and existing buildings and structures, including renovation projects.
• Coordinate with project team members across multiple disciplines, attend project meetings with clients, and provide construction administration including site visits.

We are seeking a Structural Engineer who is looking to work in a collaborative team environment, in our growing Minneapolis, MN office. Our Structural Engineers work on a wide variety of building projects including healthcare, high-education, multi-family, hospitality, commercial and renovation projects. This full-time position has significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.

As a Structural Engineer at GRAEF, enjoy responsibilities that include:

We Are Considering Candidates Who Possess The Following Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in structural design of buildings. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
• EIT preferred.
• Working knowledge of REVIT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
