Qualifications

• 7+ years of structural engineering experience on building projects, ideally including multifamily housing.
• Strong grasp of structural behavior in wood/light-gauge systems and familiarity with IBC.
• Experience with modular and prefabricated systems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the structural system for the platform with design rules and load paths.
• Lead structural engineering on key projects with internal schemes and calculations.
• Diagnose issues in the factory and field, and update standards to prevent recurrence.
