Job summary

Thinklance LLP is seeking an eager engineering student in civil/structural disciplines for hands-on support in energy and industrial projects in Englewood, CO. You will assist with project execution, design modifications, and data-driven reporting under seasoned engineers.

The role emphasizes calculations, specifications, and procurement support for energy equipment, with emphasis on quality, deadlines, and learning in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with strong academic background in material behavior, structural analysis, steel design, and reinforced concrete design.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Self-starter able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to prioritize issues, create solutions, and meet deadlines quickly.
• Preferred but not required: enrollment in an ABET-accredited program, leadership experience, minimum 3.0 GPA, and prior related internship or co-op experience.

Training & Development
