Our client is a growing engineering firm delivering structural design solutions across a variety of project types and construction materials. This position is well-suited for an experienced Engineer I or early-career Engineer II seeking increased responsibility, greater independence, and continued progress toward Professional Engineer licensure.
- Perform structural analysis, calculations, and design for projects utilizing multiple construction materials
- Coordinate with design and drafting teams to develop and revise structural drawings, including redlines
- Analyze complex structural engineering challenges, develop design alternatives, and implement approved solutions
- Contribute to project success by meeting schedules and managing work efficiently within established hour budgets
- Conduct independent site visits as needed to evaluate existing conditions and confirm alignment with design documents
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering required
- At least 3 years of full-time, direct industry experience in the U.S.
- Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) or Engineer Intern (E.I.) required; Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred or actively pursuing
- Proficiency with structural engineering design software and analysis tools
- $80K - $120K salary dependent on experience
