Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Basic knowledge of steel, reinforced concrete, building analysis, seismic/wind design.
• Familiarity with industry codes ACI 318, AISC 360/341, ASCE 7, IBC.
• Proficiency with ETABS, RISA 3D, SAP, BlueBeam, REVIT, AutoCAD, Office 365, RAM.

Responsibilities

• Performs structural calculations.
• Assists in creating structural drawings with supervision.
• Prepares simple details and drawings.
• Performs assigned BIM work.
• Responds to construction RFIs and reviews submittals.
• Coordinates with engineers, BIM staff, and design partners.
• Supports team objectives and assists client-facing colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
