Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Arlington, TN area team. The role focuses on design, analysis, detailing, and QA of diverse building projects, requiring collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate should have a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, EIT preferred, 3–6 years of building-structural experience, and proficiency with RAM, RISA, ETABS, or SAP2000, plus knowledge of relevant codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• EIT certification preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in structural engineering design for building projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (RAM, RISA, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar).
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the structural design, analysis, and modeling of building systems.
• Support the development of structural systems including foundations, steel, concrete, masonry, and wood framing.
• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Participate in field inspections, job site visits, and inspection reports on a periodic basis as needed.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and internal departments to support structural feasibility, constructability, and compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Support quality control reviews of structural documents and calculations.
• Maintain effective communication with project teams to meet project schedules and deliverables.
• Assist with proposal development, scope definition, and technical support as needed.
