Coffman Engineers’ Denver office is seeking an Entry Level Structural Engineer for full-time employment. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career engineer eager to learn about commercial, institutional, and industrial structures in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers growth in structural design, collaboration with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams, and exposure to project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering with emphasis on structures.
• Design coursework or experience in concrete and steel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Support design teams on commercial, institutional, and industrial structures.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline design teams to meet project objectives.
• Assist in preparing calculations, drawings, and specifications.

Coffman Engineers’ Denver office is seeking a dynamic andinnovative Entry Level Structural Engineer for full-time employment. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate, upcoming winter 2026 semester graduate, or an engineer with up to a few years of experience, who wishes to increase their knowledge of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures, and work in a professional fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Requirements Include:

• A bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures
• Coursework or experience in concrete and steel design
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Working as part of a multi-discipline design team
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel for daily activities
• Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale

Additional Education and Experience Preferred (not required) Include:

• A master’s degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience with structural analysis software
• Experience with masonry and/or timber design

The expected annual salary range for this position is $72,000 - $76,000.
