Coffman Engineers’ Denver office is seeking an Entry Level Structural Engineer to join our Westminster-based team. This full-time position suits a recent graduate or engineer with up to a few years of experience who wants to grow in commercial, institutional, and industrial structures.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in structural, civil, or architectural engineering with a structures emphasis, and be eager to contribute to a fast-paced design environment at Coffman Engineers.

Qualifications

• Coursework or experience in concrete and steel design.

Coffman Engineers’ Denver office is seeking a dynamic and innovative Entry Level Structural Engineer for full‑time employment. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate, upcoming winter 2026 semester graduate, or an engineer with up to a few years of experience, who wishes to increase their knowledge of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures, and work in a professional fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Requirements Include:

• A bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures
• Coursework or experience in concrete and steel design
• Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Working as part of a multi‑discipline design team
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel for daily activities
• Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale

Additional Education and Experience Preferred (not required) Include:

• A master’s degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience with structural analysis software
• Experience with masonry and/or timber design

Salary and Sponsorship

The expected annual salary range for this position is $72,000 - $76,000.
