Job summary

Coffman Engineers is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer for our Denver office. The role focuses on the design of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures with 5–7 years of relevant experience.

You will work in a collaborative team to deliver safe, code-compliant designs. The position requires a PE license, a civil/architectural engineering degree, and experience with steel and concrete systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering (or related field).
• PE license required.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Design experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete.

Responsibilities

• Design structural systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings.

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to assist in the design of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures. If you have 5-7 years of experience, and can perform design work in a collaborative environment, you may be just who we are looking for.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering, or other structural engineering related field
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE)
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Design experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete for building and nonbuilding structures
• Experience with structural analysis software

Additional Education, Credentials & Experience Preferred (not required) Include:

• Master’s degree in civil or architectural engineering, or other structural engineering related field
• Design experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, and/or Alternative Energy fields
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit

This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000.
