This position is full-time in person. No prior work experience required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of or be willing to learn:

• Tasks in other practice areas within the company and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
• Structural renovations and rehabilitation projects
• Structural analysis and design calculations
• Steel design and detailing
• Concrete design and detailing
• Building structural system design
• Use of Revit for structural modeling and plan production
• Construction inspection, site visits, and construction administration
• Masonry restoration and rehabilitation
• Preparation of structural drawings and construction documents
• Coordination with architects, civil engineers, and contractors
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow within the company

Education

• Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural and/or Civil Engineering with a Structural Focus and/or related field

License

• Engineer-in-Training and/or a desire to obtain P.E. license preferred
