Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design.
- Position will primarily work in an office setting.
- Ability to solve problems using sound professional judgment.
Responsibilities
- Develop project design deliverables including design specifications.
- Perform calculations independently using relevant software.
- Assist with client coordination including meetings and reviews.
Skills
Licensed or ability to obtain Professional Engineer license in NY/NJ
Proficiency in bridge analysis and design software
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit
Strong communication skills
Experience with agencies like NYSDOT, MTA
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Graduate Degree highly desired
Tools
STAAD, CSI Bridge, SAP
