Actalent is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to perform analysis and design for steel and concrete structures in support of nuclear-related projects. You will evaluate foundations, frames, and supports while applying AISC/ACI/ASCE codes and using industry tools such as GT STRUDL, ANSYS, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro.

• Strong understanding of loads, load paths, stability and structural behavior.
• Exposure to AISC, ACI and/or ASCE.
• Nuclear experience is a plus, but not required.

What Were Looking For

• Strong technical and communication skills

• Nuclear experience is a plus, but NOT required

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $68.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
