Job summary

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Project Engineer with structural and facilities engineering experience to support the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Flight at Creech AFB.

This role covers facility sustainment, infrastructure improvements, project planning, design review, construction oversight, and engineering support on an active Air Force installation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering, facilities, construction, structural, or infrastructure project experience.
• Ability to review structural designs, calculations, construction documents, and contractor submittals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional structural engineering analysis, design review, and technical recommendations for new construction, renovations, repairs, and facility sustainment projects.
• Review contractor submittals, drawings, specifications, calculations, and material selections for compliance with DoD, Air Force, UFC, IBC, and applicable codes.
• Support project planning, scope development, cost estimates, schedules, and technical evaluations.
• Conduct site visits, field inspections, and assessments to evaluate structural conditions and construction progress.
• Identify structural deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and support resolution of design and construction issues.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical engineers, architects, construction managers, and government representatives.
• Support quality assurance, quality control, and safety compliance during construction activities.
• Prepare technical reports, memoranda, and documentation to support project decisions; participate in meetings and coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders.

ITC is seeking a Project Engineer with structural/facilities engineering experience to support the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Flight at Creech AFB. This role supports facility sustainment, infrastructure improvements, project planning, design review, construction oversight, and engineering support activities on an active Air Force installation.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $94,000 - $125,000 based on experience, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, 10 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available. This is a funded, immediately available position under ITC’s 432nd Civil Engineering Flight Support program (posted 19 August 2026).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of engineering, facilities, construction, structural, or infrastructure project experience.
• Ability to review structural designs, calculations, construction documents, and contractor submittals.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting DoD or Air Force civil engineering projects
• Experience working in an operational military installation environment
• Prior military civil engineering, facilities engineering, or construction management experience is highly desirable
