Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineer with 2–10 years of building design experience to support structural analysis, design, and construction documentation on a variety of building projects.

You will perform structural analysis for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood systems, prepare calculations and drawings, and coordinate with project teams. Proficiency with ETABS/RISA/RAM and AutoCAD/Revit is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• 2–10 years of structural engineering experience, preferably in building design.
• EIT certification or PE license preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and structural design standards.
• Experience with structural analysis software such as RISA, RAM, ETABS, or similar programs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood building systems.
• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Apply applicable building codes, design standards, and engineering best practices.
• Review shop drawings and submittals, respond to RFIs, and assist with construction administration.
• Conduct site visits and evaluate existing structures as needed.
• Support project coordination, quality control, and timely project delivery.
