Job Title: Structural Engineer

As a Structural Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of engineering projects and design elements. This role offers a pathway to gain knowledge, experience, and career growth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and eager to engage in meaningful work.

The candidate should hold a degree in engineering with a focus on structural engineering. Experience in industrial and/or bridge projects is a plus. Responsibilities include preparing design drawings, specifications, reports, conducting studies, and estimating costs. Knowledge of designing structures using applicable codes such as IBC, ASCE-7, AASHTO, and material design standards like AISC, ACI (concrete and masonry) is essential. Proficiency with design software (RISA, STAAD, LEAP Bridge), CAD, and spreadsheets is required.

Strong understanding of structural engineering codes and software proficiency are crucial for success. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential to work effectively with clients and team members.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• 0 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of bridge design and concrete/steel elements per code requirements
• Ability to comply with safety standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience in industrial design
• Proficiency in Revit
