Thornton Tomasetti is seeking an Engineer in our Structural Practice in Austin. You will perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for buildings using diverse materials and codes, contributing to high-rise, cultural, stadium, and healthcare projects while growing technical and creative skills.

You’ll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with coaching from seasoned engineers, learning to communicate clearly with project partners and teammates as you progress.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with structural analysis, design, and detailing concepts.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform structural analysis and design for varied building types.
• Create construction documents in a BIM environment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for coaching and feedback.
• Communicate effectively with project partners and teammates.
• Build a strong early-career network and learn TT culture and leadership behaviors.
