Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing team across Cleveland, Columbus, Jacksonville, and Akron offices.

You will analyze, design, and deliver structural systems for a diverse project portfolio, collaborating with architects and engineers from multiple disciplines. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–7 years of experience, and an EIT certification, with PE/SE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–7 years of structural engineering experience.
• EIT/EI certification required; PE/SE licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, timber, and other systems for new construction, renovations, and additions.
• Prepare calculations, reports, and construction documents per codes and standards.
• Develop structural models and project documentation using Revit and related software.
• Coordinate structural designs with architecture, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in site visits and project meetings.
