• ComEd experience and being on the Chicago Structural Peer Reviewer list is a plus.

Base pay range

$43.00/hr - $52.00/hr

Our Structural Group is expanding, and we are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our Transportation & Municipal Engineering team in Woodridge, IL. We’re hiring for this position with options for both full-time and part-time schedules, depending on the candidate’s availability and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Chicago Department of Buildings structural permit reviews
• Provide occasional building inspection services
• Provide smaller scale design of structural building repairs/renovations
• Provide general support for the Structural Group
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of building design and/or permit review experience required
• Illinois S.E. license required
• Inclusion on current Chicago Structural Peer Reviewer list is a plus
• ComEd (inspection/design services) experience is a plus
• Ability to do occasional building inspection work is a plus
