Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Structural Engineer for on-site contract work in Florida. You will design structural components for residential wood and masonry structures, prepare sealed plans, and coordinate with architects and other teams.

The role requires a PE license (Florida preferred), a bachelor’s in civil/architectural/structural engineering, and at least four years of engineering experience. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.

• Conduct engineering calculations and prepare repair details/letters.
• Coordinate structural plans with truss layouts.
• Perform site visits and meet with building officials.
• Conduct code research.
