Job summary

Campos EPC seeks a Structural Engineer to support design, analysis, and execution of industrial facilities including oil & gas and power generation. Responsibilities include developing calculations, drawings, reports, and specs, and implementing designs for construction.

You will apply ASCE 7, IBC, AISC, ACI standards and coordinate with civil, geotechnical, mechanical, piping, electrical, and process teams. 0+ years' experience and ABET-accredited degree required; EIT preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil or Structural Engineering degree.
• 0+ years of experience; recent grads welcome.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with structural steel and/or concrete design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and structural analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering analysis and coordinate detailed design for steel, concrete, and foundation systems.
• Develop structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Apply applicable codes and standards including ASCE 7, IBC, AISC, and ACI; coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Aide senior engineers in support of large facility projects.
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and provide construction phase support.

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design, analysis, and execution of industrial, oil & gas, and power generation facilities. Assignments will include the coordination and development of calculations, construction drawings, investigative reports, contracts, technical specifications, design standards, as well as the implementation of those designs for the construction of the previously stated installations.

JOB DUTIES:

• Perform Structural engineering analysis and coordinate detailed design for steel, concrete, and foundation systems.
• Develop structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Apply applicable codes and standards including ASCE 7, IBC, AISC, and ACI. Coordinate structural designs with civil, geotechnical, mechanical, piping, electrical, and process disciplines.
• Aide senior engineers in support of large facility projects.
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and provide construction phase support.
• Minimal field time and/or travel is expected but may be required at times.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited program.

• EIT certification preferred.
