Salary: $120,000–$140,000, based on experience

What You’ll Do

1. Provide structural engineering guidance for residential inspection and renovation projects
2. Analyze LiDAR scans and drafted plans to produce clear, code-compliant design solutions
3. Collaborate with a small team to meet client goals and local building codes
4. Conduct site visits in the Twin Cities as needed to assess conditions or verify implementation
5. Communicate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure alignment and progress

What You Bring

1. Active Minnesota PE license (required)
2. Residential structural design and renovation experience
3. Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and working with LiDAR data
4. Strong communication skills and sharp attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-first environment
